Tonic@Bankhouse is our very first community, located in Vauxhall and we’re thrilled that you’re interested in living with us.

We don’t say ‘community-led’ lightly. You’ll be at the very heart of what we do and we’ll be there to facilitate the events and activities that you want to see, or just to have a cup of tea with. We were established in 2014 to address the need for specific housing and support provision for older LGBT+ people, as it did not exist in the UK - until now!

Prices of our older persons shared ownership homes start from £126,875 for 25% of a one-bedroom apartment, up to £592,500 for 75% of a two-bedroom apartment. Other charges apply: click here for more information.

Stamp Duty update: With Shared Ownership you can just pay stamp duty on the share that you buy. Now that the stamp duty threshold has risen to £250,000, purchasing a 25% share on any of our apartments will be under this threshold.
